    Pilates is for anyone who wants to improve their core strength, balance, flexibility, posture, endurance and general well-being. We can layer our instruction to provide levels of exercise suitable for people of all abilities from begineer to advanced. If you are into running, golf, cycling, keep fit or football then building a strong core should be a part of your training regime. Pilates is an excellent way to improve in this area. Randi has been involved in pilates and yoga for many years and is a fully certified yoga and pilates instructor.

Kev
Kev first took up pilates to recover from a sports-related injury. Having found that pilates not only helped prevent further injury but also greatly improved sports performance, Kev became a fully qualified mat pilates instructor to help others.
