Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style yoga with asanas, or poses, held for 1 to 5+ minutes.

It is a quiet and simple practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body: ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia networks of the body.

Yin yoga is brilliant for flexibility and strengthening of the connective tissues but also to quieten down the mind and create space to give the system an opportunity to work through the blockages in the body.
