Who is Pilates for?

Pilates is for anyone who wants to improve their core strength, balance, flexibility, posture, endurance and general well-being. We can layer our instruction to provide levels of exercise suitable for people of all abilities from begineer to advanced.

If you are into running, golf, cycling, keep fit or football then building a strong core should be a part of your training regime. Pilates is an excellent way to improve in this area.

Many famous professional sports stars, such as Tiger Woods (golf), Vladimir Klitchko (boxing) and Andy Murray (tennis) use pilates as part of their training regime to improve core strength, balance and to help prevent injury.
